Submissions

Submissions are closed. Our next reading window is planned for 2027 and will be announced on this page. We cannot read work sent outside a reading window, and we do not take manuscripts by email.

We are a small imprint and will take on only a few books a year, so when the window opens we will read closely and choose carefully. We will be looking for unpublished literary and philosophical novels written in English.

We never ask a writer to pay to submit, to be edited, to be published, or to buy copies.

Questions about the imprint: info@driftwaybooks.com. Please do not send a manuscript to this address. How the house works with authors is set out on the about page.
